# Ingredients

- 100g Chicken Breast (C:0g; F:3g; P:25g; Kcal:127)
- 30g Wheat Flour (C:23.10g; F:0.24g; P:2.7g; Kcal:105.36)
- 10g Egg Mayonnaise (C:0.94g; F:6.34g; P:0.24g; Kcal:61.78)
- Salt & Basic Spices
- 10g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:10g; P:0g; Kcal:90)
- Veggies (Onions, Tomatoes, Green Chilly, Coriander)

# Preparation

1. Cut chicken into small pieces, Shred if possible.
2. Heat a pan and add 5g desi ghee. Add onions, tomatoes, green chilly and sauté for a minute)
3. Add chicken and spices, sauté till cooked, approx. 4 minutes, finish with green coriander.
4. Roll out a big chapati and put 5g desi ghee on both sides.
5. Spread mayonnaise and chicken in the chapati and roll it.
6. Heat it for 1-2 minutes in a pan.
7. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
