Chicken Momos
# Ingredients

- 150g Chicken Breast (C:0g; F:4.5g; P:37.5g; Kcal:190.5)
- 60g Wheat Flour (C:44.4g; F:0.6g; P:6g; Kcal:207)
- 10g Desi Ghee (C:0g; F:10g; P:0g; Kcal:90)
- Salt and Other Spices
- Veggies (Onions, Carrot, Tomatoes, Cabbage, Capsicum)

# Preparation

1. Mix and knead the whole wheat flour to a soft dough by mixing some water and salt. Once kneaded, cover the dough and keep it aside for15-20 minutes.
2. Grate/chop/Grind all the vegetables, chicken.
3. Mix all the grated vegetables, onions, chicken, salt, and other spices. After mixing, sauté slightly on a heated pan for 2-3 minutes. Your stuffing is ready.
4. Grease the steamer pan with oil and keep it aside.
5. Divide the dough into medium-sized balls and place 2-3 tablespoons of the stuffing in the center and start giving the dough a shape of your own choice. Make sure to join the pleats in the center once you are down with the shape-up.
6. Place the momos directly in the greased steamer. Keep some space between them so that they are not too close to each other.
7. Steam for 15-20 minutes.
8. Serve for yourself and Enjoy.
9. **(Can also be made in a pressure cooker)**
